Guidance: A Single Destination for In-App Support
In-App Guidance is evolving. The Resource Center and Training Hub are coming together in a new Unified Hub, called Guidance, making it easier than ever to learn and navigate Venus Control Suite, FrameWrx, and All Sport Pro. Whether you’re new to In-App Guidance or already using it, this update creates a more seamless, streamlined experience.

What's New?
Formerly used through 2 separate icons, the Resource Center and Training Hub widgets have officially merged into one consistent place. In Guidance, these experiences are brought together, listing easy to follow training tips, walkthroughs, and support resources.
Here's what you can expect:
One Icon for Everything
A single icon now opens Guidance, bringing together:
Resource Center - ability to search questions or find resources in all 3 platforms
Training Hub - on-screen steps for any major step that could be completed in the software for Venus Control Suite and FrameWrx
Feedback - give us feedback on how to improve Guidance in Venus Control Suite and FrameWrx
Everything you need is now accessible from one place - no need to switch between separate tools within the platforms.
The Training Hub Becomes a Tab
The Training Hub is now its own tab under Guidance, making it easier to:
Find recommended actions
Follow guided, on-screen steps
Stay on track with key tasks and discover helpful resources
A Smarter Way to Learn as You Work
This is more than just a help or search tool; it's designed to support you wherever you are. As you move between the apps and features, Guidance automatically updates to show content that's relevant to what you are doing. Whether you're in:
Venus Control Suite: scheduling content, managing display settings, or creating your first Easy Drop Weather feed
FrameWrx: Using RTD templates or setting up your Brand for the Classroom
AllSport Pro: Setting up the first roster of the year or changing the rules to apply more pre-game time and to turn off horns
Guidance gives you the control of what type of information you receive
If you’re not sure where to start, you can simply search. Entering keywords, phrases, or typing a full question will surface articles, videos, and even a generated response to compile resources and help explain with further context.
Quick Tip: Asking Guidance questions like you would to a trainer will sometimes render a generated response alongside the list of resources.
If you have an idea on where you should be, but not what to do next, Guidance also allows you to explore by category. Whether you are the type of learner who thrives with visuals and videos or the type who needs each step laid out on paper, there are filters for:
